Their first demo album was recorded in the summer of 1999 at Stillness Sound Facilities in Warrenton Virginia. This demo features the first 8 songs written by the band. The songs were catchy and simple. But they were also short and most only lasted 2 to 3 minutes tops. Unfortunately, the band never pushed this demo and it resides in the CD collections of a few people.
After a change in the lineup, Dryline began writing again. They entered the studio again in February 2001 to record 5 new songs. Due to the band getting sidetracked, the recording ended prematurely but still provided a quality recording of the newest songs.
The lineup would change again to the current lineup as posted above. The writing process started again and the band has turned their focus to writing songs that are longer and more creative.
